Kevin Keith is the Managing Director and Wealth Management Advisor of EnVision Financial Group. With more than 30 years of experience in the financial services industry, Kevin helps clients pursue their financial objectives with personalized wealth management and investment strategies designed to help them realize the future they envision.
Kevin specializes in personal portfolio and investment management, financial planning with an emphasis on retirement income, as well as wealth preservation and transfer solutions. He also helps various businesses deliver sophisticated retirement/defined benefit plan solutions to their employees. Trust, understanding and clear communication are core elements of his approach, and he is committed to providing his clients with guidance and solutions that align with their distinct circumstances and values.
Prior to EnVision Financial Group, Kevin spent 22 years as a Senior Vice President, Wealth Management Advisor and Portfolio Manager at Bank of America/Merrill Lynch. While at the firm, he focused on traditional financial advice, as well as building and managing his own personalized or defined strategies to help clients pursue their goals. He also served in the dual capacity of Senior Resident Director of the Lebanon and Lancaster, PA offices for more than 15 years, where he was responsible for the day-to-day oversight and management of those offices.
During his career, Kevin has perennially been named to his former organization’s President, Chairman, Charles E. Merrill, and Circle of Excellence clubs, which recognize high levels of achievement associated with client service, commitment and performance. His leadership and insight was also sought in 2003 – 2005 and again in 2016 – 2017 when he served on his firm’s Advisor Council to Management (ACTM). Their team has also been recognized by various industry groups for excellence in servicing clients including, PlanAdvisor (2010) and Wealth and Money Management (2015-2017).
Kevin earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Mineral Economics from The Pennsylvania State University. He currently holds the Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor® (CRPC®) and the Chartered Retirement Plans Specialist® (CRPS®) designations. In addition to upholding the fiduciary standard of care, he also holds the Series 7, 8, 31, 63 and 65 licenses.
He and his wife, Maine, reside in Lebanon, Pennsylvania, and have three grown children, Chris, Brian and Tyler. The couple has lead academic and athletic school groups, as well as mentoring programs at their church. Together, they have a desire to help the youth of their community, and actively look for ways to promote and educate young people through their participation in Junior Achievement, Boys and Girls Club, the YMCA and Girls on the Run. They also helped coach many of their sons’ sports teams and work with their Boy Scout troop. Kevin and Maine are active participants in various community initiatives, including fund-raising activities. They have helped raise monies for numerous organizations, including Jack & Jill Nursery School, Relay for Life and American Foundation for Children with AIDS.
Amy Arnold is the Wealth Service Director and Office Manager at EnVision Financial Group. She brings a deep background in client service and operational support, as well as more than 30 years of industry experience to the team.
Amy focuses on fulfilling client requests, providing excellent, proactive service, and supporting the team’s administrative needs. She prides herself on building enduring relationships with clients through personalized service marked by attention to detail and knowledge of their distinct needs. She strives to find solutions for clients’ problems, and facilitates the team’s client communication efforts.
Prior to EnVision Financial Group, Amy served as a Registered Senior Client Associate at Bank of America/Merrill Lynch for more than 23 years. Previously, she was an Administrative Associate at Wheat First Securities.
In 1996, 2010, and 2014, Amy was recognized for her best practices related to client satisfaction and invited to her firm’s client associate recognition program to serve as both a participant and mentor for her peers. She currently holds the Series 7, 63 and 65 licenses.
Amy and her husband, Greg, live in Schaefferstown, PA. In her spare time, she enjoys spending as much time as possible with their two grown children, Laura and Amanda.
Lindsay Mills is the Wealth Strategy Director at EnVision Financial Group. She brings more than 15 years of experience in the financial services industry to the team.
Lindsay's responsibilities include administrative and operational activities, as well as supporting client requests. Her goal is to deliver memorable, personalized service, and she is committed to understanding each client and his or her individual needs. Additionally, she handles the investment trading responsibilities associated with the team’s personalized wealth management solutions. She is also involved in the administrative support of the retirement plan solutions that the team oversees.
Prior to EnVision Financial Group Lindsay served as a Registered Senior Client Associate at Bank of America/Merrill Lynch. Previously, she held positions at two major brokerage firms.
Lindsay earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Shippensburg University. She also holds the Series 7 and 66 licenses, and has received advanced securities portfolio trading training.
Lindsay, her husband, Joe, and their young sons, Cameron and Jordan, live in Landisville, PA. In her free time, she is actively involved with her church and volunteers at her children's school.
Prior to The Keith Group, Eric spent 25 years in the Gas & Welding Supply industry as an owner/operator of GTS Welco, an independent gas company. His focus was outside sales, but he was also responsible for all aspects of the operational side of the business. He and his partner sold their business in 2014 to Praxair, and Eric continued to work for the company to help with the transition of employees and customers for the next two years. After retiring in 2016, Eric now finds himself wanting to do more for the community and his family. He joined The Keith Group in January of 2018 and is looking forward to the challenge.
Eric and his wife Wendy of 30 years, reside in Richland and have 2 grown daughters, Erin and Alexis. Eric and Wendy are very active in their community. Both he and his wife are active in their church functions along with other various organizations in the area. Eric coaches Myerstown Midget Football and is a volunteer coach at ELCO High School with the Girls’ Softball program. Eric and Wendy also support local charity organizations in the area such as the Wenger Foundation, Girls on the Run, Autism and the Muscular Dystrophy Association. Eric is an Army veteran and often takes the opportunity to support community veteran programs.
Maine earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Vocational Industrial Education from The Pennsylvania State University where she met Kevin. As a full-time parent, she embraced the opportunity to delve into many causes and enthusiastically participated in numerous school, civic, athletic, church and community organizations, as board member, officer and fundraising chair.
She presently serves on the Board of Directors for Girls on the Run Lancaster, a positive youth development program, where she assisted in the successful expansion of the organization into every school district in Lebanon County. Maine is also a member of the Better Together steering committee, a coalition of community leaders collaborating their resources to improve health and wellness throughout the Lebanon Valley. Another of Maine’s current volunteer activities is for American Foundation for Children with AIDS (AFCA) which supplies medicine, medical equipment and supplies to clinics in Africa.
Being active in their church, Maine has served on Parish Council as well as mentored couples in the marriage preparation program. Some of the many other causes that she has supported and added leadership to in the past are: ACS Relay for Life, Jack & Jill Preschool, Newcomer’s Club of Lebanon, Penn State Club of Lebanon and various Parent Clubs at Cedar Crest. She also enjoys supporting organizations that their sons have taken leadership positions in like: THON, CAU Habitat for Humanity, and Denver Active 20/30.
Maine loves traveling with Kevin and spending time with their three grown sons, Chris, Brian and Tyler in Denver, CO, New York City, and Washington, D.C. Maine is an avid USTA competitive tennis player and recently started learning yoga. As a couple, they also enjoy spending time traveling abroad, hiking national parks, skiing in Colorado, and cycling vacations with friends.
